Pinterest, Oh Pinterest! So much cuteness! A few days ago, I spotted these adorable edible nests and thought they would be a fun food craft for the girls. I am homeschooling for pre-school and we are studying the letter N right now. We read The Best Nest by P.D. Eastman, "cooked" up our crafty nests and the girls loved it!! They were very tasty too! We wrapped up a few to share, and then it dawned on me... this would be so cute as a baby shower favor or little birdie party food! On top of that, I came across this sign via The Sweetest Occasion and it just made me smile! I grew up in Michigan for the first 11 years of my life and pop is what we called all soda drinks. Now living in the south, all sodas are called "coke". Whether you are drinking Sprite, Pepsi, or Coke, it doesn't matter.... you are drinking a "Coke"! ;)
