This week, I designed this custom order for a sweet friend and her little pirate's 4th birthday! I thought the pennant banner from my red wagon collection would be a perfect look for this pirate themed party. Cupcake toppers, favor tags, NEW pennant banners and all the goodies are also available with this collection. I have more party themes for little guys coming soon!
