Cherry Fondant Cake by Rene Takes the Cake

I can't believe it, but the girls' 3rd birthday is a little over 2 months away. Time to start planning!! :) They are still not old enough to request a particular theme so I've been brainstorming special things they love right now. Getting ice cream from the "ice cream shoppe", as they say, is one very special event these days so an ice cream parlor just may be the dream setting to them!
